| ILTE also finishes printed products, with both paper binding and saddle stitching systems, responding to the various requirements of the publishing and commercial printing sectors. |

ILTE binds telephone Directories and Yellow Pages at its Moncalieri Plant, which is equipped with one of the biggest paper binding systems in Europe.
Saddle stitching, on the other hand, is carried out in part at the Moncalieri plant (where a modern finishing and trimming system has been installed on the rotary rotogravure line) and in part at a finishing centre in Milan, in order to guarantee reduced flow times for products that must meet distribution deadlines.
ILTE’s finishing department has:
1 Heidelberg UB 336 binding line with 34 stations
1 Sheridan Rack Drive binding line with 32 stations
2 Muller Martini Corona C15 binding lines with 14 stations

The latter two lines are used to bind commercial products, periodicals and mail order catalogues.
ILTE also has an automatic trimming and packaging system, which can be fed both on-line and off-line from the rotary rotogravure and Lithoman presses.
Packaging and Delivery
During this phase, ILTE’s can provide the client with a single cellophane package, containing the main product and all accompanying publications and printed material. |
