Quality Certification
In 1995, ILTE was the first Italian company in the graphic arts sector to obtain ISO 9002 certification, which certifies and guarantees the quality and reliability of the production process used for printed material.
ISO 9002 Quality System certification was issued by Det Norske Veritas Italia, and encompasses traditional printing with reference to the Moncalieri site.
The quality of the printing service has always been a point of reference in the history of ILTE. Today, in the face of an extremely competitive market, it is still a crucial factor in guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
The Executive Management of ILTE has decided that its Quality Management System should conform to UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 standards, sometimes referred to as "Vision 2000". To this end, it promotes and implements all activities deemed necessary for the attainment of the following objectives
1. to guarantee Clients increasingly high standards of quality in terms of products and services, in addition to higher and more advanced technological and commercial standards;
2. to do all that is necessary to maintain high levels of effectiveness and efficiency in its manufacturing systems and services, in order to prevent and eliminate any defects, instances of non-conformity or rejects;
3. to reinforce, on the national and international markets, the image of a technologically advanced company that provides high quality products;
4. to keep the Quality Management System under constant control, by directly reviewing all procedures on a regular basis;
5. to comply fully with all environmental and safety standards by constantly adapting plant facilities and through the direct involvement of all staff members;
6. to verify the achievement of quantitative goals defined through Quality Planning.
7. to approach all activities in a manner that is conducive to continuous improvement. |
